1.Who this covers
This policy covers https://listingaccel.com and the Listing Accelerator™ application. Brock Realty, LLC is responsible for the personal information described here.
It does not cover what you do with a CMA once you have produced it. When you enter a seller’s details and hand them a finished package, you are the one controlling that information, under your own obligations to your client and your broker.
2.What we collect
- Your account. Your email address, and your password stored only as a salted hash — never as text anyone can read, including us.
- What you enter for a CMA. The property address and details, the comparable sales you paste, your highlight notes, and the commission, closing cost and loan payoff figures you choose to enter.
- The CMAs you save. Both the form you submitted and the analysis that came back, so a saved CMA can be reopened and re-verified later.
- Ordinary server logs. Our host records requests, including IP address, timestamp, and browser user-agent, for security and debugging.
3.What we do not collect
This is unusually short, and it is worth stating plainly because most products cannot say it:
- No analytics and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no Meta pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap tool, no A/B testing service. None is loaded on any page, signed in or out.
- No tracking cookies. We do not set cookies to identify or follow you. Your signed-in session is kept in your own browser’s local storage under the key
listing-accelerator.auth, and signing out clears it. - No selling or sharing for advertising. Your information is not sold, is not rented, and is not shared with anyone for advertising or marketing — not now, and not as a future option buried in an update.
- No payment card details. We never receive or store them (see section 6).
4.How it is used
Your information is used only to run the product you asked for:
- to sign you in and keep your account secure;
- to generate the CMA you requested, and to build the PDF;
- to store your saved CMAs so you can reopen them;
- to answer you when you contact support;
- to keep the service working and investigate abuse or errors;
- and to meet legal obligations.
There is no marketing list. If that ever changes it will be something you opt into, and this policy will say so before it happens.
5.What is sent to the AI
When you press Generate, the property details and comparable sales in that form are sent to Anthropic PBC, which runs the model (claude-opus-5) that writes the analysis. Nothing is sent before you press it, and your email address and password are never sent.
Anthropic processes that content to return a result and, under its commercial terms, does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default. Anthropic’s own terms and privacy policy govern its handling of that data.
6.Who else processes it
These are the only third parties that touch your information, and this is what each one actually does:
| Who | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosting and content delivery Requests to the site, including IP address and standard server logs. | United States |
| Supabase Inc. | Database and account authentication Your email address, your password (stored only as a salted hash), and the CMAs you save. | United States — AWS us-east-1 |
| Anthropic PBC | The AI that writes the analysis The property details and comparable sales you submit for a CMA, sent when you press Generate. | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. Not yet active | Payment processing Your payment details, handled by Stripe directly. We never receive or store your card number. | United States |
On payments: paid plans are not live yet. When they launch, checkout will be handled by Stripe and your card details will go to Stripe directly — Brock Realty, LLC will receive only the fact that a payment succeeded, what was bought, and the last four digits. This page will be updated on the day that goes live rather than after it.
7.Where it is stored
Your account and saved CMAs are stored in a database hosted in the United States (AWS us-east-1). The application runs on Vercel’s United States infrastructure. If you use the product from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed there.
8.How long it is kept
- Saved CMAs are kept until you delete them. Deleting one from your history removes that row from the database.
- Your account is kept until you ask for it to be closed. Email support@listingaccel.com and it, and the CMAs attached to it, will be deleted.
- Server logs are kept on our host’s ordinary retention schedule and are not used to build any profile of you.
9.How it is protected
- Other accounts cannot read your CMAs. The database enforces row-level security tied to your account id — the isolation is applied by the database itself, not by application code that could forget. It is verified by an automated test that signs in as a second account and tries to read and write your rows.
- Passwords are salted and hashed by the authentication provider. Nobody, including us, can read your password.
- Everything is served over HTTPS, and API keys are held server-side and never shipped to the browser.
No system is perfectly secure, and this one is operated by a small business rather than a security department. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to support@listingaccel.com rather than disclosing it publicly.
10.Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Regardless of where you live, you can:
- see and delete your saved CMAs yourself, from the history screen in the app;
- change your password from the app header;
- ask for a copy of your information, or for your account and everything in it to be deleted, by emailing support@listingaccel.com.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Requests are answered as quickly as practical, and within the time limits that apply where you live.
11.Children
This is a professional tool for licensed real estate agents. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, email support@listingaccel.com and it will be deleted.
12.Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how your information is handled — a new processor, a new purpose — you will be told directly rather than left to notice a date.
